Serving the state of Colorado in the areas of arts and culture, civic and community initiatives, education, health, and human services, El Pomar’s programs are all different, but they share one thing in common: the desire to promote leadership and community development beyond grantmaking.
Country First is dedicated to putting country before party. Aligining reasonable people who care about future generations more than they do their own biased political gain with leaders who are ready to do the same.
Features three programs with one mission: Civic Nebraska empowers Nebraskans by building young leaders (youth civic leadership), cultivating active members of society (civic health programs), and protecting voting rights (voting rights initiatives).
Connects and trains young adults - the future inheritors of America - to be knowledgeable and engaged citizens through a crash course in history from diverse sources in the spirit of renewed enagement and participation in civic life.

Divided We Fall is a nonprofit news publication providing bipartisan dialogue for the politically engaged. Publishing debates, interviews, and op-eds between individuals who disagree to demonstrate productive civil discourse and to create a movement of citizens demanding democracy reform. The goals are less reflexive intolerance and petty partisanship and a more perfect Union.
The Bridge Alliance is a nonprofit organization that promotes healthy self-governance in our democratic republic. They do this by working with other likeminded organizations across the country to promote policies which are beneficial for everyone instead of just one specific group or party, regardless of political lines!
