Classandra Green

Throughout my career, I’ve supported growing, mission-driven organizations through people operations, onboarding, benefits administration, HR systems management, compliance, and employee engagement. Working in higher education across institutional research, compliance, and executive support really showed me how much colleges and universities influence the next generation of leaders. I’ve seen firsthand how campuses can be powerful spaces for meaningful dialogue and democratic engagement. I believe higher education plays a huge role in helping students learn to participate in civic life thoughtfully and constructively.

At Unify America, I’m excited to bring my passion for creating organized, inclusive workplaces where teams feel supported and empowered to do their best work. With my background in HR and higher education, I’ve seen how having strong systems and a positive internal culture makes it easier to make a real impact on the outside. I hope to help foster an environment where collaboration, respect, and shared purpose thrive so we can keep building the kind of constructive dialogue that strengthens our democracy.
