Unify America’s Civic Gym gives students a place to strengthen their civic muscles through real practice. It’s the only intercollegiate program of its kind, and it’s working: students, faculty, and staff report meaningful growth and return again and again.

With high-impact, low-risk, engaging experiences that educate and empower—our turnkey programming delivers effective, scalable experiential learning that bridges ideological divides, fosters respectful dialogue, and develops essential civic and leadership skills.
Our civic training equips students with the tools, mindsets, and practice necessary to engage effectively across differences. And not just at college. We're cultivating informed, proactive citizens on campuses, in communities, and in the workforce. Because, after all, we're in this together.

Real-world practice with real-life results
virtual dialogue programs featuring real-time, guided video conversations about pressing national issues.
Matched student pairs—from different schools, backgrounds, worldviews, and locations—engage in powerful discussions. They share their points of view, find common ground, and discover that they can have respectful conversations without conflict.
Launched in Fall 2021, the Unify Challenge (formerly known as the College Bowl) is our flagship program held three times each year: Spring, Summer, and Fall. Matched student pairs meet across ideological and geographical differences for a guided discussion about 15-20 of America’s most critical issues.
