I've spent my career turning big, messy goals into plans that actually moves. My experience spans both the nonprofit and corporate sectors, and that range is exactly what fuels my approach to operational excellence: I know how to anticipate what leaders and teams need before they ask, build the systems and rhythms that keep an organization running smoothly, and translate big-picture strategy into the day-to-day execution that makes it real. What brought me to Unify America is pretty simple: I'm drawn to work that matters, and I get genuinely excited about helping mission-driven teams run better so they can focus on the bigger goal.

Outside of work, you'll find me spending time outdoors, spending time with my partner and two dogs, or juggling more crochet projects than any one person reasonably should.
