My career started in 2016 when I joined the Democratic presidential campaign, thinking I would exit politics in 4 months to work in Hollywood. Instead, I went on to run communications for political campaigns and causes for 4 years. In 2021, I moved from DC to Chicago to build a Marketing department at a $15M education-tech company, and have since held various roles in tech. My work philosophy is simple: help, however I can.
I’m not immune to divisive rhetoric – I’m on the same internet as everyone else. But I come back to what my mom, a proud conservative, says to me, her Liberal daughter: “We’re more alike than we are different.” That’s as true as it’s ever been, and I’m excited to bring that unity and shared understanding to others, regardless of voting record.
When I’m not working, I’m playing video games, reading, or bopping around Chicago with my friends.
