I lead the Civic Gym team at Unify America, building the tools and experiences that equip the next generation with the civic muscles to strengthen our communities and country.

That work lives at the intersection of behavioral science, human-centered design, and civic engagement. It draws on 25 years of making the complex simple and engaging. As co-founder of digital health companies, Emmi Solutions and Analyte Health, that meant helping millions of patients understand their health, make informed decisions, and change the behaviors that improve their safety and well-being.

Before that, I was part of the original Jellyvision team that created the hit game series "You Don't Know Jack," and before that, a Hollywood film editor.

I am a Brown University graduate and live in Denver, Colorado with my family.
