Deliberation isn’t just something I do; it’s something I bring to my daily life. I believe deliberation teaches a set of principles we can embrace in our everyday to build a better future, together. I find joy in finding creative ways to spark conversations that empower communities to actually move the needle. Whether it’s bringing folks together across generations to learn from one another’s experiences or reimagining city zoning, I’m always here to support.

Most of my background is in academic spaces, where I quickly discovered just how much of a deliberative democracy nerd I truly am. I’m acutely focused on making deliberation not just accessible, but actually enjoyable (yes, really!), designing programs that help communities feel ready to dive into problem-solving. At the end of the day, nothing excites me more than seeing people come together to take on big challenges, ideally with a good laugh or two along the way.

At Unify America, I design and deliver deliberation experiences, taking my academic knowledge of best practices and innovative frameworks and tools to create a better tomorrow.
